Maynard Town Administrator Announces New Enhanced Online Bill Paying Services
MAYNARD – Town Administrator Kevin Sweet is pleased to announce that Maynard will implement a new system next month to improve online bill payment services for residents.
The town will begin using City Hall Systems on March 1.
“We wanted to create something that will be more accessible and easy to use for people paying bills online,” Town Administrator Sweet said. “This new and advanced software accommodates all residents’ needs in a simple and effective way.”
City Hall Systems is a company that is solely focused on serving the revenue collection needs of a community. Their program offers added enhancements and new features that will help make paying and viewing tax and utility bills online with the Town of Maynard more convenient and helpful.
The online features include e-billing and a single shopping cart for multiple bill types, as well as the ability to view and print original bill copies for the current or past fiscal year. Customers may also register for the e-billing, paperless option, which would take effect within their next billing cycle. City Hall Systems offers complete point-of-sale software for over-the-counter sales, mobile application software for remote payment processing, and a free standing kiosk for convenient bill payment.
This initiative is part of Town Administrator Sweet’s vision to make Maynard a 21st century town by using state-of-the-art software solutions that are secure, efficient and cost-effective. Through City Hall Systems, taxpayers will have access to a top-notch customer service team if they have any online payment questions.
City Hall Systems customer service can be reached at 509-381-5455, by email at [email protected], or by multilingual online chat.
