Gloucester Police Department Announces Promotions

Gloucester Mayor Carolyn Kirk and Police Chief Leonard Campanello are pleased to announce the following promotions:

• Sergeant Michael Gossom to Lieutenant.
• Sergeant William Leanos to Lieutenant.
• Officer Brian Aiello to Sergeant.

“These are three excellent candidates to have in supervisory positions,” Chief Campanello said. “They all have embraced the philosophy of community policing and have demonstrated their continuing commitment to the new Gloucester Police Department. I am proud to have them as leaders on our department.”
